Flames of Chaos combine different disciplines, like dance, pyrotechnics, live visuals, stiltwalking, fan dancing, sword fighting, firebreathing and poi. The group is known for their burning costumes and their elegant, gracious style. Flames of Chaos perform all kinds of shows from small scale, close contact shows, walkround acts, Parades, dance or streettheatre, short five minute performances to half an hour theatre shows.

The group has performed at festivals like Dance Valley and at streetfestivals in and outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, museumnights, weddings, art-festivals like Gogbot, Mooi Weer Spelen, Straattheater Festival Woerden, they have performed in places like Ahoy, Archeon, Gelredome, Keukenhof, Paradiso, Effenaar, Het Paard etc. Flames of Chaos also accompanied the concerts of bands like Epica and The Dreamside
